Before the Interview

• Different types of interview – including different stages of the interview process, different types of interview and different interview format – special sections on phone and video interviews
• Preparation – where to focus and what to do to maximize impact and effectiveness. Areas covered include preparation on the company & the role, personal insight questions & appearance and potential questions

During the Interview

• Understanding the interviewer’s perspective
• How to develop answers
• Delivering responses
• Damage limitation
• Ending the interview

After the Interview

• Interview debrief and consolidating learning
